Delivery & Return
DELIVERY
We ship all orders with express mail door to door service provided by DHL.
Estimated delivery time is 3 days and the shipping cost 4 euro on Romanian territory and 24 euro outside Romania.
For orders shipped to EU countries all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
For other countries customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
RETURNS
All items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them, except custom orders and earrings.
Once we’ve received your item(s) in the same condition we have sent it to you we will refund within 5 working days.
We’ll refund you via your original method of payment. It usually takes 3 – 5 working days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance or on your credit/debit card. We’ll email you to let you know when we’ve refunded you.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Be sure to obtain a proof of postage or receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. We are not responsible for damaged packages due to the poor handling of the parcel by the shipping companies we work with.
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached.
Custom orders (yes, we can do custom orders – we can make dresses and tops shorter or longer, we can also mix-match colors sometimes) will not be exchanged and can not be returned.

EXCHANGES
