Where are your clothes made?

All our pieces are proudly made in Romania, in small batches, under fair working conditions and with attention to every detail.

Are your products ethically made?

Absolutely. Ethical production is at the core of what we do — from fair wages to mindful sourcing and slow production.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Most of our items are made to order. Lead time varies between 5 and 10 working days. If you need your items sooner than that, please send us an email at hello@mosberi.com and we will do our best to prepare and send your order sooner.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is sent and we generate the shipping label, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the status of your delivery by clicking on the tracking number.

What shipping method do you use and how much does it cost?

We send your orders with DHL Express Delivery. Transit time is between 2-4 days, depending on the region you live in. The shipping cost is 24 EUR for EU shipping addresses and 5 EUR for Romania.
